Design and evaluation of module configuration scheme for special machine tool of variable hyperbolic circular-arc-tooth-trace cylindrical gear

چکیده

In the design and evaluation process of module configuration for special machine tool variable hyperbolic circular-arc-tooth-trace cylindrical gear, similar coefficient each attribute is calculated by using fuzzy mathematics theory, closest retrieved, so as to obtain scheme set. It difficult judge influence degree different factors precisely because strong fuzziness many factors. Using improved set pair analysis theory analyze uncertainty scheme, linguistic values are constructed transformed into triangular numbers, thus decision matrix established. At identity time, entropy weight method used determine factor improve objectivity optimization. The IDO (identical opposite) relation between most ideal closeness introduced sort alternative schemes, comprehensive decision-making model established realize optimization optimal scheme.
